The use of remote support tools allows our professionals to provide almost immediate support to your employees with the assistance of a telephone and the Internet Pangaea uses highly secure and reliable remote support systems, which allow our engineers, with the permission of your employee, to view and control his or her computer.

Onsite Support

Pangaea Consulting also provides on-site support as needed. Many repair related support requests cannot be handled remotely and require on-site dispatch. We also believe that personal, face-to-face interactions are important to maintain a strong support relationship.

Maintenance Services
